Confirmation of booking
To confirm staying at Sunseeker Lodge guests are required to lodge their credit card number via phone, fax or email and a 50% non refundable deposit will be taken if booking motel or holiday accomodation. If a booking is made by a third party on behalf of the guest by an agent of the guests choice, credit card details need to be lodged with the chosen agent.Sunseeker Lodge accommodates visa, mastercard & eftpos.
Payment

A 50% non refundable deposit per unit is required payable by the guest to confirm a booking.

Balance of accommodation payment can be made on arrival.
Cancellation
Once the booking is confirmed, the booking indicates that the guest fully accepts Sunseeker Lodge terms and conditions.
Security & Liability
Once guests have checked in they become liable for the security of themselves, their possessions, vehicles and the contents of the motel unit they are staying in.
Guests must ensure that the unit they are responsible for is locked when unoccupied.
Pets
Sunseeker Lodge does allow pets on a discretional basis only. Any acceptance of pets on the premises is required to be pre-arranged and agreed our staff.
